For CX Day, a global initiative created to celebrate customer experience professionals, I developed the event’s visual identity for the Customer Experience Professionals Association. My work included designing the logo and brand system, along with creating graphics for social media, the website, and promotional materials to support the international launch.
CX Day was designed as a worldwide celebration, featuring webinars hosted on the hour across different regions of the globe. To further extend the brand, I also designed commemorative merchandise, including a custom T-shirt to mark the inaugural event.
